While he’s still looking for his first win this season, off the course he has been flourishing, and his personal life has been flowing rather smoothly. The golf pro tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend in a private ceremony last year and has naturally seen many changes since! Now, yet another major change follows, for which he’s enlisted the help of none other than the LPGA star, Jessica Korda’s husband.

Johnny DelPrete, a former PGA pro, found fame in the golf world when he married Korda in 2021. And now he’s extended a helping hand to JT as well, for a whopping $3.5 million listing on Jupiter Island, Florida.

Thomas recently upgraded to a $13.5 million mansion in Florida, so his bachelor pad, the starter home, is for sale. He is seeking help from the elder Korda sister’s husband, DelPrete. The former golfer is now a successful realtor and is associated with Douglas Elliman Realty, and is helping the 2-time major winner sell off his old home.

The swanky house is spread over a 5,545-square-foot area and has 5 bedrooms, almost 6 baths, a pool, a waterfront ramp, a spa, a game room, and so much more. The former world no. 1 bought the house in 2016 for a little less than $1.50 million. The mansion has been for sale since March of this year. As per Business Insider’s recent report, the listing was initially set at $3.65 million but has now been reduced to $3.50 million.

The house for sale on Jupiter Island is just 3 miles away from Tiger Woods’ home, which undoubtedly had an impact on the close bond the two now share. The golf pro’s bachelor pad’s proximity to the golf legend’s house will certainly be a huge tipping point for any golf fanatic looking for a place in Florida!

The news of JT’s bachelor pad listing comes just six months after he got hitched to his long-time partner, Jillian Wisniewski. And of course, the couple now reside in their mega mansion, which is over four times the value of his old home!

The couple announced their engagement in 2021, five years after they began dating. The two had been together since 2016, and Wisniewski finally walked down the aisle at a secret phone-free ceremony in November 2022.

Jason Kennedy performed the wedding for the loving couple, as he is a close friend. Kennedy shared some breathtaking pictures of the wedding a while ago and wished all the best to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas. Thomas’ best friend and fellow PGA Tour star, Jordan Spieth served as his best man.
