Earlier in April this year, the host of a champion’s dinner, Scottie Scheffler, came under some fire. He served tortilla soup to the guests, and they thought he was trying to kill them. In Scottie’s defense, he did not make the soup himself, but many disliked the taste. But this is not a soup-recipe article. It sure is, though, about soup.

Soup talk: An LPGA Star opens up about her game

On Thursday, the Amundi Evian Championship commenced in France. It is one of the most important majors of women’s golf, and the golf world is excited to witness who gets to take home the title. A rising star amongst this is Patty Tavatanakit, who has been the talk of the town since her fantastic performance at the ongoing tournament.

The player turned pro in 2020 and has one major feat already under her name. Now she is on her way to bagging another. It stems from what she said about her game at The Amundi Evian Championship. “But overall, you keep adding things to your recipe, and it’s pretty good right now. Like the soup tastes good right now.” Patty is off to a strong start. She opened with a 2-under 69 on Thursday and backed it with a 4-under 67 on Friday.
