Every golf fan has heard of or seen John Daly, more so because of his colorful life away from the course, than his game. He had the most unorthodox lifestyle an athlete could have. Daly would eat all the junk and party all night, even while playing tournaments. Despite that, he has won two major championships in his career.

Moreover, Daly has had four unsuccessful marriages. But his current girlfriend, Anna, has provided him with much-needed stability. The couple has been together since 2007, yet they haven’t gotten married so far. Hence, Daly once revealed how Anna has changed and brought stability to his life.

John Daly reveals how his current girlfriend changed his life

John Daly’s unsuccessful marriages have happened within a span of  just 20 years, but since 2007 he has found the perfect life partner in Anna Cladakis. The couple has been living happily for over 14 years now.

So, during an interview, Daly revealed how Anna changed his life. “One of the most supportive human beings in my world,” said John. “You know, some woman that I never had in any of my wives or anything like that.” Furthermore, he said that Anna has an incredible business sense and has helped him tremendously.

Additionally, John made a fascinating revelation that he was not computer literate. However, there is a reason why Daly isn’t using a computer. “If I start getting on a computer a lot, I won’t get out of this house and go play golf and do the things I need to do,” revealed John.

Meanwhile, Daly has become composed and calm over the years, and, of course, the age factor also counts. Hence, to conclude the interview, the host asked Daly if a younger John Daly would have listened to Anna? “I probably would have because of the support factor. I probably would have listened because I actually have support from her,” answered Long John.

Furthermore, the 56-year-old golfer is in the twilight of his golfing career and may retire soon. Daly, however, has stopped competing in regular PGA Tour events and now primarily competes in PGA Tour Champions events. Golf is life and happy life.
