For Korda, it was one of her most needed victories since it had been a tough year for the golfer. And after she finally won the title in the tournament, what’s the harm in a little celebration?

Korda’s fans have been eager to know about everything she has been up to ever since she showed her spectacular skills at the event. And to share her celebratory rituals with the fans, Korda posted an Instagram story standing at ‘Five Guys,’ a famous fast-food restaurant company. The golfer won a huge amount of $300,000 in prize money. But rather than spending a chunk of it on celebrations, Korda decided to enjoy at the nearby ‘Five Guys.’

Korda’s sister Jessica Korda, who is also in the same field and a well-known professional golfer, also showed her support for her beloved sibling. She added a story saying, “Not me walking around the house with an iPad because (LPGA tour) isn’t on tv- just streaming… Gooo Nelly.”

After winning the tournament, Korda was in an interview after the final round, which turned out to be pretty emotional. She said, “It’s been really nice to see my parents” right before she burst into tears. Korda added“It’s been tough…It’s been a tough year. Lots of ups and lots of downs. Missed two cuts…” The golfer mentioned that she worked very hard during her weeks off the field. And it was a result of that hard work which showed in the Pelican Championship.

Nelly Korda is also known to her fans as an Olympic Gold medalist at the women’s individual golf event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Although this victory is going to be one of the most memorable wins for Korda, she is not going to stop anytime soon!
