Born in Florida, Jaye Marie Green turned professional in 2013 and has turned many heads since. Although she has yet to find her first LPGA win, her stunning performances on the Symetra Tour with three top-10 finishes and her T5 finish at the 2019 US Women’s Open have proved that she is a force to be reckoned with. However, for some time now, the golfer has been missing from the greens!

With her unwavering dedication to golf, Green is undoubtedly an inspiration to many young golfers. And despite her time away from the course, the golf star continues to thrill the golf world. She recently did so yet again with her special announcement online, which left many LPGA stars, including Nelly Korda, Lydia Ko, and Danielle Kang, thrilled and excited!

Earlier this year, Green tied the knot with the love of her life, Dean Casello. Soon after the wedding, the golf pro announced that she wouldn’t be participating in any golf events this year. The news left many fans worried because of the unexplained reasons, which created nothing but uncertainty. It reminded them of 2020, when Green got into a terrible bike accident and fractured her right elbow, making it impossible for her to straighten it past a 90-degree angle.

However, her recent announcement shed some more light on her disappearance, and much to the fans relief, the reason had nothing to do with her being injured! Green is expecting her first child, and she is now in her third trimester. She announced the major news by doing what she loves the most: playing golf.
