Golf fans all around the world love Netflix Full Swing! The documentary followed a group of pro golfers on and off the greens to show the world what happens behind the scenes. Since its premiere, it has been a smash hit among fans. Maybe this is the reason why they returned for a second season! But unlike last time, the PGA Tour won’t be the center of attention.

Dustin Johnson, a star LIV Golf player, was also spotted in the trailer of the second season. This means Full Swing season two will expand upon the ‘Money or Legacy’ episode of last season, which focused on the lucrative LIV Golf contracts.

Other than Johnson, PGA Tour loyalist Rory McIlroy, and many others were also spotted on the trailer. The second season of Full Swing will air exclusively on Netflix on March 6.

Will fans get to see any other LIV Golf star too in Netflix Full Swing S2?

During the first season, Full Swing touched upon the growing tensions between LIV Golf and the PGA Tour. Furthermore, players like Dustin Johnson, Ian Poulter, and Mito Pereira each got their episodes. However, all three have since shifted to the breakaway league, and only Johnson is returning for the second iteration.

On the PGA Tour’s side, most of the players featured in the first season will return. A few new names from the tour are yet to be announced. So this means that LIV Golf will have its presence thanks to DJ, but they won’t be overpowering the PGA Tour’s presence. Furthermore, the Executive Producer of the Full Swing series, Chad Mumm, claimed that season two will follow the events of the Ryder Cup in Italy.

“You’re going to see a look inside the Ryder Cup that no one has ever seen before. So sort of unprecedented levels of access, but also unprecedented levels of access to the entire team building process, including cameras rolling live with both the captains and the players as they receive their captains’ picks,” he said. Glimpses of the Ryder Cup in the documentary somewhat ensure that another LIV golfer, Brooks Koepka will also be making an appearance in season 2.
