Spiranac is the undisputed queen of the internet with 3.8 million followers on Instagram. But giving her competition in the field is her rival Hailey Ostrom with 626k followers. And just like Spiranac, Ostrom is famous for sharing her bold opinions on golf-related matters.

A few days ago she created a big storm on Twitter that ended up hurting her after she criticized Rory McIlroy’s snubbing of Phil Mickelson after a series of gambling allegations against the American golfer came to light. Her support for Mickelson brought her harsh disagreements from netizens.

And now like everyone else, she has jumped on the Ryder Cup bandwagon after Zach Johnson announced his picks. Sharing her take on the matter, Ostrom has tweeted that “Dustin Johnson should be in the Ryder Cup”. Ostrom believes Dustin Johnson has been wronged as he deserved a place on the team.

In the past, Dustin Johnson himself has expressed the desire to play in the Ryder Cup despite being a LIV defector. But sadly this dream of his was shattered when the six picks were announced yesterday. Many fans agree with his non-selection in the Cup and support this idea with their arguments.

Hailey Ostrom gets a reality check over Dustin Johnson
