There was a time when Tiger Woods used to be the cover model of all the golf-related products. However, the golfer started losing that image after he faced some setbacks, both professionally and personally. The 15-time major champion now got that image back as he became the cover model of a video after nine years.

The last time Woods did a cover for a video game was in 2013, for the ‘Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2014.’ He had done it with the late PGA Tour veteran Arnold Palmer then. Nine years later, the 46-year-old has become the cover once again for the ‘PGA Tour 2k23;’ notably, no other golfers share it with him this time. And the golfer expressed his happiness by sharing the news on Twitter.

Justin Thomas made a funny remark on Woods’ achievement

“No wonder I didn’t get the callback for the cover… SMH,” he wrote as a comment to Woods’ post. Thomas is known for making funny or sarcastic comments about the Tour players he has good relationships with. And as a person whom Woods considers a younger brother, he didn’t let go of the opportunity to try out his humor on the legendary golfer.
