Now a Mother of 4, Tiger Woods’ Ex-Wife Elin Nordegren Filed a Petition and Successfully Re-Named Her 3rd Baby in 2019

After her divorce from Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren welcomed her first child with her boyfriend Jordan Cameron in nearly five years ago. In the first week of October 2019, Cameron, who is a former Miami Dolphins tight end, and Nordegren had a son and named him Filip Nordegren Cameron. However, only a couple of months later they filed a petition to have his name officially changed.

Nordegren has two children with Woods- Charlie and Sam and gave birth to Cameron’s second child in December 2022.

According to the-sun.com’s report, the couple filed a petition to change their baby’s name on December 5, 2019. The Florida court released its final judgment in February 2020, and Filipo Nordegren Cameron was renamed to Arthur Nordegren Cameron. Notably, the couple never revealed the reason for changing their baby’s name within months of first naming him.

Nordegren had her first baby after almost a decade following her rough split with Tiger Woods. Since Nordegren and Cameron thought the news of the pregnancy would attract media attention, they kept it a secret for some time. The first time the public got to see a pregnant Elin Nordegren was when she attended her son Charlie Woods‘ flag football game.

In late October 2020, Elin and Jordan showed off their newborn, whose gender wasn’t revealed at the time, at Charlie’s soccer tournament. Nordegren delivered her second child with Jordan Cameron in December 2022. And her ex-husband-turned-best friend Woods and his son Charlie congratulated her during the 2022 PNC Championship.

During the first round, Woods asked NBC to have a camera by the first tee. After they hit their first tee shot in Orlando, the father-son duo looked into the camera and congratulated Nordegren on becoming a mother for the fourth time.

It was Nordgren’s second baby with Jordan Cameron since her relationship ended with Woods in 2010. Despite their split, the two have remained dedicated to co-parenting and supporting their children. Recently pictured together at a ceremony where Charlie Woods was honored.

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordgren came together to attend Charlie’s Benjamin School golf team’s state championship ring ceremony. Last year in November, Charlie helped his school team win a State Championship title. The young golfer shot 78 and 76 as his team won the Florida High School Athletic Association Class A state championship at Mission Inn Resort. This was the school’s third title in the year and their first state championship since 2009.

One of the photos from the ceremony captured Woods embracing his son, and another had his parents in a single frame. Charlie posed with Nordgren as Woods looked on in one of the snaps.

The ex-couple have often shown a united front for their children, with Nordgren attending Charlie’s first appearance at the Cognizant Classic pre-qualifiers as well in February 2024.
