The post read, “LIV have announced that non US viewers will be able to stream LIV Golf free of charge via a new streaming site called LIV Golf Plus.” The good news did not end there. It further read, “It is available online and via an app that is free to download on most platforms.” It will give the Tour a better opportunity to get closer to more audience. After prompting to download, the Twitter handle provided the link to the app. Undoubtedly, fans downloaded the app and registered their experiences in the comment section. But it was nothing like the officials would have imagined. There were few appreciations of the approach of LIV Golf to expand their horizon. And to give an opportunity to everyone to enjoy the team tournaments. However, most comments were sarcastic.
