There are hundreds of professional golfers playing on the PGA Tour, but Scottie Scheffler has conquered the heart of almost all golf fans by winning the WM Phoenix Open, Arnold Palmer Invitational, WGC, and the Masters Tournament this year. However, the retired professional golfer, Paige Spiranac, has a different opinion. She thinks another one of the Tour players will rule over the world of golf.

“I think it’s Max Homa,” Spiranac said. She talked about who she thinks will be the next star player on the PGA Tour. Paige discussed the topic on her podcast, ‘Playing a Round with Paige Renee,’ with her co-host Amanda Rose.

“He’s one of those guys who is a killer on the golf course but has a great personality,” Spiranac reasoned why she thinks Homa is the future of golf. “He’s not afraid to show it,” she added. “And he likes to mix it on social media.”

Recently, Homa won the Wells Fargo Championship with an overall score of 8-under par. He won the tournament on a field that boasted the likes of Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler. Notably, Wells Fargo is the third title Homa has won in his last 16 starts, which speaks volumes of his consistency.

Apart from being an amazing golfer, Homa is quite the entertainer on social media as well. He often engages his followers on Twitter with his funny yet informative tweets.

Paige Spiranac thinks it is time for Max Homa to shine!

“I think Max Homa is going to blow up very soon and especially after the Netflix doc that they’re doing,” she added. “I think that is going to set him to like superstar status in the golf industry.”
