Paige Spiranac talked about her junior golfing days

It has been a long time since Spiranac quit her career as a professional golfer. Although she is doing wonders as a social media star today, people majorly know her for sport. She recalled that players like Justin Thomas used to be already famous back then and their parents were their biggest motivators. “And I’ve seen so many junior golfers who were superstars and fizzle out in college because their parents push them in the same thing,” she said.

She also talked about her junior days as a player and said she grew up with famous golfers including Justin Thomas. “I grew up with like Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, Lexi Thompson, like we were all playing together and junior golf, and you’re looking at Jordan Spieth you’re like, That kid’s a superstar like he is going to make it for sure.” According to Spiranac, several kids used to play amazing golf and she thought they were going to make it. But she said that many of those students don’t even play golf anymore.
