Like Tiger, Phil Mickelson, too, one of the prominent golfers today, has a great relationship with some of the NFL stars and hence, is a notable name in the United States as well. In fact, NFL star Peyton Manning once even revealed that Tiger and Phil had snap counts named after them in the Indianapolis Colts team.

Peyton reveals Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson had snap counts named after them

Peyton Manning was competing at the Memorial Pro-Am along with Tiger Woods back in 2018. There, he revealed that they had a snap counts named after Tiger and Phil. “All those years in Indy, we had a snap count. We had different words for the snap count. To snap it on one or on two. And for several years (due to their world ranking), ‘Tiger’ was on one and ‘Phil’ was on two,” revealed Manning

Furthermore, he said that Tiger always loved it, and he could hear it and ask if Tiger was still on one? Meanwhile, this confused the opposing defenses as they did not figure out what exactly did it mean, given they had no reference for the same. “We’d say it a lot.
