Brooks Koepka had put on a show for all the golf lovers out there on Sunday at Oak Hill. His stellar victory has come after a lot of hard work, backlash, and pain. But in the end, it was all worth it. Just like other golfers, Koepka himself is proud of his victory in New York. He has made his pride pretty clear with the short message that he has posted on his Twitter.

Brooks Koepka shares his feelings about his victory 

After emerging victorious at the 105th edition of the PGA Championship, Koepka became the 20th golfer in history to win at least 5 major titles. Some other names in the record are Bryson Nelson, Peter Thomson, and Seve Ballesteros.

The 33-year-old golfer flaunted his victory on his Twitter with a photograph of him and a short message. He was holding the iconic Wanamaker with both hands in the photo and down below, he wrote, “I Got 5 on It.”

Koepka’s major titles include the 2017 US Open, 2018 US Open, 2018 PGA Championship, 2019 PGA Championship, and now the 2023 PGA Championship! 2017-2019 was indeed a golden period of the golfer’s career.

There was a lot of hesitation and inhibitions amongst the golf fraternity about the LIV golfers playing in the major tournaments, but Brooks Koepka’s victory has helped overcome a lot of those!
