Woods hasn’t played an official tournament in a year following his car accident in 2021 and injured his leg. He had played the PNC Championship with his son last December, in which he proved that his golfing skills are intact. However, it was a 36-hole tournament, and Woods used a golf cart to move around.
The Masters is a 72-hole event, and the August National is known for its steep hills and length, and walking on it would be difficult for Woods if he is not as healthy as he was before the accident.
