Masters; as the days pass by, more and more information about the possibility of Tiger Woods playing at the Augusta is getting revealed.

The NY Post Columnist Ian O’Connor reported the new update about Woods’ chance of playing this week through his Twitter.
Tiger Woods' caddie Joe LaCava was out walking the course this morning with Justin Thomas' caddie Bones Mackay. LaCava said that he expects Tiger to play some this afternoon, and that he likes the way his guy looks.

According to the report, Woods is likely to play at the Augusta this week.
Ever since the Masters officials had released the field list with Woods’ name in it, the golf world has been discussing whether he would make a comeback at the Augusta or not. However, he has revealed nothing until recently.

The golfer revealed on Sunday that he would go to practice at the Augusta the same day. He would then be able to decide whether he was fit enough to play in an official tournament with 72-holes.
Woods didn’t confirm his participation status with his fans. However, the Masters official YouTube channel posted a video of him practicing at the course.
In the 1-minute long video, he looked happy and healthy. Despite that, it is impossible for anyone, other than Woods, to say about his participation status at the Augusta.
Tiger Woods’ history at the Masters
After Jack Nicklaus, Woods has won the most titles(5) at the Augusta National. The golfer had won the Masters as his first-ever major championship; he has won 15 majors.
Woods has 36 existing records at the Masters. From being the youngest ever to win to being the oldest golfer with five titles to win the event, the golfer has made a lot of records at the Augusta National.

Since he has a wonderful history at the Augusta, the golf world is hoping to see Woods make a comeback at the event. Although it would be disappointing if he doesn’t play this week, there is a brilliant line of players playing this year’s Masters.
The world’s top golfers, including Scottie Scheffler, Jon Rahm, and Collin Morikawa, are a part of the 2022 Masters field list. Furthermore, fan favorites like Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Bryson DeChambeau, and Brooks Koepka would also be at the field on Thursday. Moreover, Hideki Matsuyama would be trying to defend his title at the event.
