The Zurich Classic is known for its format. Since it is a team event, with two players on each team, it is one of the fan-favorite tournaments on the PGA Tour. The event’s tee introduction songs on Saturdays are also an important tradition that the audience and golfers look forward to. And this year was no different.

The Saturdays are always special at the TPC Louisiana. Each team walks up to the tee box on the third round of the tournament with their choice of music. Since it is a unique feature of the event, the audience always makes sure not to miss it.

“If you have any recommendations, we’re taking answers right now.” Collin Morikawa and Viktor Hovland asked for songs recommendations from the spectators at the press conference of the event.

In the end, the pair chose ‘SandStorm’ by Darude as their song. Jay-Z’s ‘Public Service Announcement,’ Li’l Wayne’s ‘Go, DJ,’ and LMFAO’s ‘Party Rock Anthem’ were all chosen by the golfers as their walk-up music. Furthermore, John Legend’s ‘All of Me’ was also opted as a team’s music; Justin Rose and Henrik Stenson had chosen it.

South Korean golfer Seung–Yul Noh and American Michael Kim had chosen ‘Butter’ by BTS. However, since they didn’t make the cut at the Classic, they couldn’t walk up to one of the popular songs.
Schauffele-Cantlay team dominating the championship
The American pair has been dominating the tournament since the beginning of it.
The 2020 Tokyo Olympics gold medalist Xander Schaffele and 6-time PGA events winner Patrick Cantlay had a good start at the championship. They scored an impressive 59 in round 1 and have been maintaining their position as the first since then.

After the end of the three rounds, Schauffele and Cantlay still dominate the leaderboard with an overall 29-under. Moreover, the team used ‘House Of The Rising Sun’ by The Animals as their walk-up music.
Furthermore, the South African pair Branden Grace and Garrick Higgo have secured the second position in the championship. They have scored an overall of 24-under after three rounds.
