“Obviously seen some low spots on this tour for the last three years,” he continued. “Kind of striding my stride and racking up four wins is crazy.”

The 2022 Wells Fargo Championship is the fourth victory of Homa on the PGA Tour. He has won the tournament with an overall score of 8-under par. Homa lifted the championship on the field that included players like former World No. 1s Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia.

Although last week went in favor of him, it hasn’t been like that at the beginning of his career. Homa has missed cuts more than he has made to the final rounds in the first few years since his debut. In 2017, he has only made $18,008 from the Tour, the lowest he has earned in his career.

Turned professional in 2013, Homa had big hopes for his future as a golfer. Although he has won four on the PGA Tour and 2 on the Korn Ferry Tour, he has not won a major. However, he hopes to win the upcoming PGA Championship as he is in good form now.
