‘PGA Screwed Me’: Popular Golf Author Reveals Donald Trump Is Seeking Revenge Against the PGA Tour

The latest participation of Donald Trump at the LIV Golf Pro-am event has made headlines all over the internet. Whether it’s the former President’s unusual golf swing or his witty comments on the course, the fans on the Internet couldn’t stop but share Trump’s best moments at Bedminster. Alan Shipnuck had the opportunity to meet the former POTUS and the message he received from Trump might shock you.

Donald Trump participated in the LIV Golf Pro-am event at the Trump National Golf Course ahead of the third LIV Golf event in Bedminster. The 76-year-old teamed up with Bryson DeChambeau and Dustin Johnson as he displayed his golf skills to everyone around.

Popular Golf writer, Alan Shipnuck, was also an invitee to the Saudi-backed event. In a recent video shared by the writer on Twitter, Shipnuck gives details on the unique style of Trump’s golf swing. The business tycoon also had a compelling message for the PGA Tour.

Alan Shipnuck talks about Trump’s funky golf swing

Many people on Twitter reacted to its unique style of swing of Trump. However, despite the trolls, the 45th President of the United States still had a decent day of golf in New Jersey. Along with many fans, Shipnuck too talked about Donald Trump’s golf swing.

Alan Shipnuck said, “Now, the irritating thing about Trump is his swing is really funky. Looks like he’s having a seizure over the ball. And yet he hits it straight every time.” Shipnuck then talks despite being 76 years old, the Former President still has such a powerful golf swing.

Shipnuck also added that Trump is a better golfer than him. He said, “He’s a better golfer than me I don’t know how he’s in his late 70s and the guy flushes it. It was impressive.” However, later, as Alan Shipnuck was walking down the line at the 18th hole of the Trump National Golf Course, he was stopped by the former President who gave him a thrilling message about the PGA tour.

Donald Trump is ready to get even with PGA Tour

Donald Trump’s long-standing relationship with the PGA Tour came to a close after the Tour decided to end their agreement and shift the 2022 PGA Championship’s venue from one of Trump’s owned golf courses to the Southern Hills Country Club. However, now, the 76-year-old Billionaire is on his way to seek revenge against the 92-year-old Tour.

As Alan Shipnuck was solely walking down the line at the 18th hole, Donald Trump came up in his car and quickly recognized the famous golf author. Trump said, “Hey Alan, you’re a great writer with a great reputation, it’s a pleasure to meet you.” A surprised Shipnuck responds by saying, “Oh, thanks!” and shook hand with Trump.

Donald Trump then proceeds to talk about the PGA Tour. According to Shipnuck, Trump said,  “You know, PGA screwed me and I’m gonna get them back”. His response came as a shock and got the internet talking about it. The former President is ready to go after the PGA Tour who ended their agreement with the Trump Organization after it was reported that Trump’s supporters invaded the US Capitol back in 2021.

Nonetheless, with Trump getting more involved with the Saudi-backed Golf Tour and more PGA Tour players departing the Tour, we will eventually get to know whether Donald Trump will claim revenge or not.
