The remembrance of the calamity is still fresh in many people’s minds. PGA Tour pro Michael S. Kim has also expressed his sentiments towards the incident by sharing an emotional story. He tweeted, One of the coolest moments during my Walker Cup was when President Bush came out a couple of days before the matches and had lunch with us. We had visited the 9/11 Memorial the day before and we asked if he could share what his day was like. Mr. President told us the story of his day on 9/11 (the PG-13 version I’m sure) and it was so surreal listening to his recollection and what was going through his mind during that day.”

He finished the tweet with the hashtag, NeverForget911. Like other golfers, it is an emotional tribute from Kim to the appalling incident.
