Justin Thomas is widely known for his golf skills across the golf world. He is one of the few talented golfers remaining on the PGA Tour, while most others decided to flee to the LIV Golf League. And staying on the tour has allowed him to play in the Presidents Cup. However, a video of him allegedly ‘whining’ has been going viral on social media after he missed a close putt. Justin Thomas was playing at the Presidents Cup yesterday when he missed a putt within a 3 feet distance. And his reaction to the mistake was something that fans were already aware of.

CBS writer Kyle Porter reported tweeted, “Nothing juices me up for a day of team golf like JT’s insistence at displaying his frustration over not getting a putt inside of 3 feet.” It looked like it was not the first time that Thomas was reacting in such a way. Another Twitter page posted the video and said “don’t make Justin Thomas angry” after seeing his reaction.

Thomas made a painful mistake during the Presidents Cup

Other than getting angry and losing more putts due to it, Thomas made another mistake that only a few people noticed. Although it was something that every golfer does at some point, it was painful. At least that’s how Justin Thomas made it look.

Right after he hit a bunker shot on the fifth hole, he found out that his foot was all covered in sand. And to get rid of that sand, Thomas tried to tap his shoes with his club. And there it was, one of the biggest mistakes he made during the match.

The golfer accidentally hit his ankle with his club and his face showed immense pain within the next second. The commentators pointed out how everyone hates it when it happens. But only ‘JT’ was aware of how he felt at that moment.
