Tiger Woods has been spending time training his son Charlie Woods to become a golfer like him. The transformation of the young golfer is going pretty well, as per his recent tournaments. However, Woods recently shared something that was more important than playing incredible golf on the field.

What is the most important aspect of Charlie’s game according to Tiger Woods?
Woods has amassed millions of fans over the years with his spectacular golfing abilities. Any player would be lucky to play a round with the golf legend. And there is just one guy who not only plays with the golfer but also has him on his back as his caddie. It is none other than Woods’ little one, Charlie.

The 15-time major winner has been spending a lot of time helping his son with his game in several tournaments. And their hard work seemed to pay off as Woods mentioned how the young golfer had qualified for the event with his best round ever. In a video shared by the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship, Woods said, “It was incredible! Just the fact that he earned his way into the event by shooting his lowest round he’s ever shot”.

However, playing commendable golf was not the most important aspect of Charlie’s game according to his old man. As he continued to talk about the “big picture”, Woods stated that he loved the way Charlie enjoyed the game. “It was a lot of fun for both of us,” Woods said.

The golfer also mentioned how amazing it was for him to be with his son in a professional tournament. The sense of playing “as a team” was something that the golf ace thoroughly cherished.

Who does Woods want Charlie to copy?
Despite being one of the greatest golfers in the world, Woods is training his son to have a completely different style of golf. In fact, the golf legend recently talked about how he asked his son to avoid copying his swing. And fans were surprised to find out how Woods wanted his son to copy the spectacular swing of Irish professional golfer Rory McIlroy.

“I told [Charlie], ‘Don’t copy my swing. Copy Rory’s,’” said the golf legend during the third round of the Hero World Challenge. “Have you ever seen Rory off balance in a shot?…Not ever. That’s one of the things my dad instilled in me…You can swing as hard as you want, but you need to have balance.”
