The championship is being held on the Pebble Beach Golf Links and the Spyglass Hill Golf Course. According to golfers and other sources, Spyglass Hill is one of the toughest courses to play on for any player. It has a course rating of 75.5 and a slope rating of 144, which is pretty high in comparison to other courses. On the other hand, Pebble Beach is known for its beautiful view and amazing ambiance. The golfers participating in the tournament need to know that the prize money is just a part of what they get from the tournament. There is a lot more that the championship has to offer, especially for the winner. The money that each player would earn from the event will be counted towards the Charles Schwab Cup points list. The top 72 golfers will become a part of the first leg in the 2022 Charles Schwab Cup playoffs. However, the tournament makes no difference in the Official World Golf Ranking points of a player.
