John Daly, the bad boy of golf, always succeeded in surprising his fans. However, by now, we all know what to expect from the party animal. Currently, he is the hot topic of discussion after an old video from September 2020 that resurfaced on Instagram. Although it is not new that Daly is part of something controversial. He did not hide his personal and professional life from us. Where addiction to alcohol and gambling affected his career adversely, his personal life was not very happy.

But as every night ends with sunlight, his bad days also get over, eventually. We last saw him play at the PNC Championship 2022, where he got emotional as he paired with his son John Daly II, and they finished second after Vijay Singh and his son. In 2021, the Daly duo was the championship winner, followed by Tiger Woods and his son.

And while he was recovering from his knee operation, the new video ignited some discussion among netizens and golf fans.

The Instagram handle named ‘don’t care,’ has posted a video from 2020 where Daly was seen hitting a golf ball. That is not uncommon; however, it was because the ball was in a man’s mouth. The account has posted about Daly many times before. However, in the video, Daly was barefoot on the golf course, and the guy in the blue t-shirt was lying on the golf course.

Daly was facing the camera and trying to put the ball in position. However, after several attempts, he placed the ball and made a swing. The man on the course freaked out immediately as the Claret Jug winner did not warn him before swinging his club at him. He said, “you gotta give me some warning.“

However, 2020 was not the first time the senior golfer decided to tee off from someone’s mouth. In 2013, a professional golfer was in the parking lot of a Nashville pizza shop when he struck a ball while perched on a tee that had been wedged between a man’s teeth. But again, more such incidents were noted before.
