It has been over a year since Rickie Fowler won on the PGA Tour. His last victory came at the 2023 Rocket Mortgage Classic, where he defeated Adam Hadwin and Collin Morikawa in the Sunday round playoff. Since, however, Fowler has been almost invisible. His winless 2024 season moreover saw him drop from 49th to 73rd on OWGR.

Rickie Fowler is a Cobra guy through and through

Rickie Fowler is sponsored by Cobra-Puma, and his bag reflects exactly that. For his driver, he is currently using the Cobra Aerojet LS Driver with a 9-degree loft, which is priced at $549. However, currently, on sale, it’s tagged at $249 on the official website. The 35-year-old has a driving accuracy of 60.09%, and that is likely because of the higher launch and optimized spin his driver provides. He equips it with the Mitsubishi Diamana D 73 X (44.5 inches, tipped 1.5) shaft.

If there is one thing that Fowler does not have of Cobra in his bag, it is his TaylorMade Mini BRNR Driver Copper, which is priced at $449.99. He equips it with the same shaft as his driver.

For his 5-wood, he again turns to his sponsor with the Cobra LTDx LS (17.5 degrees). It is priced at $499 but is currently available for $199 on the official website. It has a lower spin with higher forgiveness, which helps in increasing the range of motion of his swing. Fowler equips it with the Lin-Q M40X White 8F5 shaft.

Fowler’s companions for the greens

Rickie Fowler uses the Cobra King Snakebit Wedge with a 54, 56, and 58-degree loft, which are priced at $149. He equips them with the True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts. The wedges have some of the most aggressive grooves that have been designed by Cobra. This feature helps maximize his spin and power.

Fowler has a putting average of 40% on the field, ranking 71st on the PGA Tour’s list. He has been working to amp it up all the more with his L.A.B. Golf DF3. It is priced at $450 for stock models and $560 for custom. Just like most other professionals, he completes his kit with the Golf Pride Tour Velvet Tack grip and his TaylorMade TP5 ball.
