In a recent episode of her podcast, Playing a Round With Paige Renee, Spiranac was talking about how people online get offended so easily. The golf diva mentioned how some people were speaking about mental health just to be in the headlines. “I also noticed that mental health started to almost be a trend where people were talking about it to seem relatable,” Spiranac said. While she was also happy about the fact that people were talking about it, the golf star was concerned too. “Some of the people who were talking about it were almost using it as a way to, like, seem cooler…It really rubbed me the wrong way, because they weren’t making changes in their life.”

Without mentioning names, Spiranac explained how some social media influencers were talking about the matter only to stay relevant. She mentioned that they had no training to provide mental health solutions. However, she later talked about her program. Since she is not a professional mental health coach, Spiranac will only introduce her followers to ways of feeling better.
