A sneak peek into the bag of Sami Valimaki

Sami Valimaki started his first day on the course with his Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Diver. It facilitates a lower spin and launch, which helps in hitting farther off the fairway. The driver is also used by the likes of Jon Rahm. Sami shot 350 yards with an exciting sound as the driver launched the ball.

For fairways, Sami stuck with Callaway Paradym 3Hl. The fairway wood is more forgiving with high MOI so your hits are more precise. The wood gives high launching with neutral ball flight. It includes the Batwing technology, which claims to push the ball 7 yards longer. It can be adjusted to 3W and 3HL. The latter is the adjustment used by Valimaki. It retails for $349.99.

For the utility club, the 2x DP World Tour winner uses Callaway X Forged UT with 19 degrees of loft. The hollow body construction gives an extremely soft feel. Made with Callaway’s AI, it helps in high speed with maximum spin to the ball. The utility iron sells for $249 with a wider sole and longer blade length for players looking for their go-to club.

As for irons, Valimaki chose Callaway Apex TCB 4-9. The iron gives optimum flight and spins when hit with precision. These are specially made for professional golfers to provide exceptional performance and control when on the course. With a narrow sole and thin topline, the shaping is tour-inspired. When it hits off on the course, the thud sound will satisfy any pro.

As he won the Qatar Masters by putting a birdie, Sami used Odyssey White Hot OG 2-Ball to carve his second victory. The extraordinary putter has an iconic head shape inserted with White Hot. It gives less spin to the ball while maintaining control so that you can putt it better.

Sami uses Callaway’s Chrome Soft X for the ball. It retails for $49.99. Although it’s made for the seasoned player, an amateur can opt for it too. Made with the newest technology, the ball offers consistent speed and performance. With his place secured for the DP World Tour Dubai Championship, Sami Valimaki is all set to grab his third victory on the tour.
