The golfer has spoken about his drinking issues as well as his gambling problems in numerous interviews. And in his documentary named ‘Hit It Hard’, Daly talked about how his habits overpowered him as soon as he tasted success in his career.

Daly expressed that as soon as he became a golf legend, he felt like he was on top of the world. In his words, “I thought I had the world by the b*lls.” He said that he had no idea how it was to be successful and therefore didn’t know the value of that success. He also talked about how he went low on motivation and took his game lightly.

“It got to a point, ‘Scr*w this, I’ll go to a bar, get drunk and deal with this tomorrow.’ ” Daly said. “I got lazy, I didn’t work on the game like I needed to.” It was surprising for the fans to get such inside information from the golfer about his personal and professional life struggles. However, despite all the demotivation, Daly continues to play on the PGA Tour. He even wanted to be a part of the new Saudi-funded LIV Golf league. He admitted that he “begged” Greg Norman, but was rejected by him

Is Daly married to Anna Cladakis?

After getting divorced four times in his life, Daly recently admitted to finding his “soulmate” in Anna Cladakis. Daly has always been very open about his personal life in front of his fans. And his followers have been eager to hear more about his relationship with Cladakis. However, according to sources, Daly has not married Anna Cladakis yet.

Although the two are currently engaged, there have been no announcements about their wedding. Daly once talked about marriage and said “It’s a license to hate somebody”. Considering his statements, the chances of Daly getting married anytime soon are pretty thin.
