The 2024 season of the PGA Tour has finally started the Sentry. The PGAT’s first calendar event is filled with 59 players duking it out for the top spot. And among those players is Ludvig Aberg. The 24-year-old made his debut as a professional in June 2023, going on to win the RSM Classic in November.

Now he would be looking to start his 2024 season strong with a win at the Sentry. To do so, he has a bag full of clubs from Titleist. Will all this be enough for him to grab his second PGAT win? That is still up in the air. But what’s inside the bag is out in the open.

A deep dive into the bag of Ludvig Aberg for the 2024 Sentry

The Swedish golfer has a chance to start his 2024-25 season strongly with a win. To help with that, he is carrying a Titleist TSR2 Driver with a Fujikura Ventus Black 6 X shaft. The driver, with a 9-degree loft head, costs $599.99. Improved aerodynamics make TSR2 faster through the air. Furthermore, the redesigned look and toe shape improve the face angle shot.

Along with a powerful driver, Ludvig Aberg will use a TaylorMade Stealth 2 fairway wood with a Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 8 X shaft. This fairway wood is also the choice of last year’s Sentry runner-up Collin Morikawa. The Swedish golfer hits his 3-wood around 250m and opts for 15 degrees of loft.

For his hybrid club, the 24-year-old prefers Titleist TSR3 with a Graphite Design Tour AD DI Hybrid 95 X shaft and 19-degree loft. His choice of irons is also from Titleist, using Titleist 718 T-MB and Titleist T-100 (2023). He prefers KBS Tour 130 X shafts with his irons.

What wedges and putter does Aberg use?

The Swedish golfer uses three types of wedges from the Titleist Vokey SM9 model. He typically keeps his gap (50 degrees) and sand wedges (54 degrees) consistent, choosing to chop and change his 60-degree lob wedge grind based on the course. Using all these clubs from Titleist has landed the 1x PGAT winner a sponsorship from them.

However, for his putter, Aberg trusts Callaway’s Odyssey Works Versa #1. This putter has a black-and-white contrasting model and costs $229.99. Ludvig Aberg also opts for Titleist Pro V1x golf balls.
