The former pro footballer had a slight mishap on the course when he hit the ball way off the green. The ball landed beyond a curb and the recovery shot seemed impossible to him. Bale was worried he wouldn’t be able to play a good shot. “I couldn’t play properly because there was a curb in front of me.”

Gareth believed that he would have to really dig the ball out to hit it to the bank. Moreover, he needed a lot of luck as well, but it was indeed a brilliant shot. “The shot I tried to play, you need a bit of luck along the way,” he said. “It was a great shot.”

Bale is observing his partner, learning his conduct, and focusing on the course. Moreover, he believes Bramlett is a great player. And that’s not all, Bramlett has complete trust in the former footballer’s abilities as well. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have pushed to play the up and down.
