The PNC Championship is one of the most entertaining events in golf. The PGA and LPGA Tour legends are most excited to play alongside their family members, according to golf fans. Ahead of this year’s championship, a viral photo of two golf legends’ children had the fans running wild. Will Sorenstam, the son of Annika Sorenstam, and Tiger Woods, the son of Charlie Woods.

As both the young golfers posed for a photo together, it brought back memories of their parents’ incredible careers, and the fans couldn’t help but see the next generation of golf legends in them.

Golf World Reacts to Charlie Woods and Will Sorenstam

At the Pro-am meet of the PNC Championship, Charlie Woods stood with Will Sorenstam on the course and they were photographed together. Charlie pairs up this week with his father, Tiger Woods, and they compete against LPGA legend, Annika Sorenstam and her 11-year-old son, Will Sorenstam.

The golf community went wild and couldn’t help but see a spitting image of their parents in the tweet.

They commented, calling the two the future of golf and eagerly awaiting to see bright careers ahead of them. One stated, “Ohhhhh, the Blood Lines. Pretty Awesome.” And another fan wrote, “Picture titled “sons of goats”!”

Fans also wished them luck for their future, and hoped they wouldn’t grow apart. They also wished that they had a fun time at the tournament and got to spend some quality time with their parents.

Annika Sorenstam and Tiger Woods’ splendid careers

In this century, none have performed better than Woods and Sorenstam on the PGA and LPGA tours, respectively. Both golfers were also inducted into the Hall of Fame for their astonishing achievements.

Both Woods and Sorenstam were miles ahead of anyone competing in their prime years. Annika went on to win 72 times on the LPGA Tour and 10 major championships. Woods, on the other hand, has Sorenstam slightly beaten with 82 PGA Tour wins and 15 majors.

While Sorenstam retired in 2006, Woods still plays on the PGA Tour and is hoping to get in a few more major wins before he hangs up his clubs. They were both great forces, and fans hope to see their children follow in their footsteps and achieve greatness as well.
