While her own bag was on its way to reach its rightful owner, there were some alternate arrangements in place to help her out.

The tournament sponsor ‘Ping’ had apparently sent her a temporary set for her to practice and even play with, in case things didn’t work out in her favor. She also mentioned how her sponsor Titleist had sent her a second set of clubs in case her original set didn’t make it to her.

Kang thanked everyone who helped and sounded immensely grateful for the assurances. She called her captain Stacy Lewis incredible and said that the whole US team was understanding and kind to her.

Keeping the backup plans aside, it must be a huge relief to find her own clubs in her hands again. Feelings of relief and the satisfaction that things worked out well in the end might boost her confidence levels back to where they were!
