Woods’ agent stated the golfer lost a tooth because of a camera. “During a crush of photographers at the awards podium at the World Cup event in Italy, a media member with a shoulder-mounted video camera pushed and surged toward the stage, turned and hit Tiger Woods in the mouth,” the statement said. 

“Woods’ tooth was knocked out by the incident.”

The organizers of the race, however, said otherwise. They stated that no such incident was mentioned to them, and they had met the requests made by Tiger Woods – extra security and a snowmobile for his exit.

Secretary General Nicola Colli told The Associated Press, “I was among those who escorted him from the tent to the snowmobile and there was no such incident…When he arrived he asked for more security and we rounded up police to look after both him and Lindsey.”

Woods snapped at a cameraman during the PGA Championship

Tiger Woods has had more than just one weird interaction with the camera. And in this case, the culprit was the camera operator. Woods was playing at the PGA Championship in Oklahoma, when a cameraman decided to get too close to Woods, well, physically.

“Would you mind giving me some breathing space, please?” The golfer sincerely asked him. But it didn’t make much of a difference to the situation.

And after decently asking him to step away thrice, Woods said in a bold voice: “Back off!”. However, it seemed that this time, the cameraman understood that Woods was not in a mood to talk nicely anymore. Finally, he stepped away!
