Only a day has passed since the Spaniard made his announcement. However, for the Monahan-led body, they went ahead to suffer another blow when rumors surrounding the athletes Tony Finau and Tyrrell Hatton joining the Saudi-backed league started going around. Although the former came out to deny the same, the misfortune doesn’t seem to end there for the men’s circuit.

A post was uploaded by Dan Rapaport on his Twitter replying to a tweet mentioning how the sponsors of a PGA Tour event would end its sponsorship in 2024. Moreover, the tweet divulged how Wells Fargo, the company that started funding the Wells Fargo Championship in 2009 back when it was named differently, would end the same after its next edition in May.

A lot of rumors have been going around since the Spaniard’s withdrawal from TGL. However, every speculation came to a halt as he himself confirmed the news to the community regarding his shift. Although Jon Rahm hasn’t revealed the numbers behind the deal, it is nonetheless, a massive deal that was signed.

However, what followed his defection was another set of rumors. NUCLR GOLF took to Twitter to mention how Finau and Hatton “could be” among the people who may join his team. However, a while back, the golfer himself came forward to clear up the speculations. Moreover, the American expressed his desire to focus on his game rather than on any other matters.
