A photoshoot has led to trouble for the golf sensation, Paige Spiranac. A golf course approached the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model for a shoot; however, it did not turn out the way she expected. Spiranac had to face embarrassment in front of her 3.7 million followers online. She was unhappy and blamed ‘the Karens’ for their unexpected backlash.

Spiranac bid goodbye to her professional golf career in December 2016 to pursue a career as an internet golf influencer. Today, she has successfully created her empire with loyal followers. However, some creeps do make their way through too. A recent incident made her look stupid in front of all her fans, which was unacceptable to her. Like always, she stood up for herself and called out to ‘the Karens’ who pushed her into trouble.
Why did ‘Karens’ upset Paige Spiranac?
After retiring from professional golf, Spiranac started her podcast ‘ Playing a Round With Paige Renee,’ where she talks about the sport and shares her life’s ordeals. Her listeners eagerly await new episodes. However, in the recent episode, things got heated when the former golfer started talking about a recent experiences with a golf course.
Recently, a country club had been begging Spiranac to come to their course and post content there. She knew that her content was not everyone’s cup of tea, and it might counter back. Her fear turned into reality when the club asked her to untag them from her pictures because authorities did not like how she was dressed because her cle****e was visible. Spiranac said, “the Karens were upset with what I was wearing.” She called the authorities Karens and blamed the golf course, saying that they should be aware of the rules and regulations of their heads.

Spiranac was not happy with the authorities. However, she blamed the golf course. She added that the country club wanted her to be exclusively for their golf course, and the former golfer agreed. They already saw the content she made; they knew what she would be wearing. Eventually, she had to untag them from her pictures online and face embarrassment, which upset the ex-golfer.

Was Spiranac not aware of the dress code?
Spiranac mentioned that she has the utmost respect for all golf courses. Even though she is always fully dressed when she walks around a course, her clothes were questioned. However, the racy photoshoot proved to be a problem. According to Paige, she only goes to golf courses that correctly understand the clothes she will wear.

She accepted that she had a rebellious side, but never meant to disrespect anyone. However, if a course is uncomfortable with the dress code, she won’t go there. On top of that, the former pro golfer always asks beforehand if the dress she would be wearing was okay. Despite her efforts, it was a failure. However, still facing such embarrassment was something she never expected.
