Viktor Hovland Wears a Loud Red Azalea Shirt at Masters

Hovland was seen wearing a J. Lindeberg red colored shirt that retails for $115. The T-shirt was floral in print with azalea flowers on it. The shirt was going perfectly with the floral theme of Augusta. 

Viktor Hovland was not the only one today to rock the bright outfit. Rickie Fowler was clad in bright green from head to toe. Tiger Woods stunned the fans with a neon pink polo T-shirt. What caught fans’ eyes, was Hovland’s floral shirt!

The loud shirt got mixed reviews from the fans. Appreciating the choice, a user commented, “Luv the boldness”, and another user liked the shirt and called it “fire”.

Fans seemed to like the bold choice made by Hovland. One Twitter user praised Hovland and commented, “You’ve gotta be good to wear that”. 

Some of the fans did not appreciate the bold choice made by Hovland on the first day of Masters. A fan took to the comment section and said, “I’ve seen worst on my golf club.”

Another user just presented his displeasure over the azalea shirt with the word “atrocious”. Several fans seemed to disapprove of his choice.

Viktor Hovland rocked the first day of Masters 2023

On Thursday morning at the 2023 Masters, Viktor Hovland took an early two-shot lead by playing exceptionally well at Augusta National. The Norwegian golfer completed the first nine holes with a 5-under 31 score, hitting six out of seven fairways and requiring only 13 putts. He finished his front nine by achieving three birdies in his final four holes, including sinking a 10-foot putt for birdie on both the par-3 6th and the par-5 8th. On the 9th hole, Hovland’s approach landed just three feet away from the hole, and he successfully made the putt to earn another birdie.
