Along with the top names, such as Max Homa will be featuring new partnership equipment after ending his long-term partnership with the Titleist. After almost a decade, the 6 time PGA Tour winner has shifted and announced his new partnership with Cobra Puma Golf.

Compared to the 2023 season, Homa faced a tough time at the course with the victory-less season of 2024. The best finish Homa recorded was at the Masters Tournament, which was his T3 finish. Apart from that, he had 2 top-10 finishes, which helped him rank 41 on the list. Now with the new year and new partnership, he will be aiming to change the record of 2024. Here is what he will carry for the 2025 schedule starting with the Sentry.

The 34-year-old will be teeing off with the new brand’s driver, which is the Cobra DS-Adapt LS driver with 9 degrees of loft and Ventus Blue 70 X shaft. The driver offers confidence with its unique design, offering better control over aesthetics. Costing approximately $550, the 445cc tour-inspired shape could be a game changer for Homa. As he shared with Bunkered saying, “The Cobra Puma Golf brands are undoubtedly a natural fit for my game, style, and personality and I’m looking forward to a long-term relationship that will be fun and exciting for years to come.”

However, he will continue to use TaylorMade Qi10 Fairway, which is the preference of most professionals. The $300 club, with its great forgiveness and great ball speed, makes sure that the ball crosses the fairway with precision. Further in his bag, the golfer will have 3D-printed Limit3D 4-iron, King CB 5-iron, Cobra King M5, and M3 to complete his set of irons. The precise shaping and uniform grain structure offer a soft feel and precise turf interaction. The set of each iron costs $2000 approximately which can be customized as per the style of the game.

Max Homa’s new equipment for the greens

Along with his old putter, the American professional will be using new Cobra wedges to reach close to the hole. He will be using the Cobra S8 56 V Grind and Cobra King 60 7T. The snakebite grooves on the $200 wedge deliver better control with improved spin on the greens. However, the new clubs help improve his stats is still a question that the golf world will be eager to observe.

For the final shot, Max Homa will be using the Scotty Cameron Protto T5.5 putter. Along with him, Rory McIlroy has also been using this putter. The great balance and overall confidence offered by the putter make it an ideal choice for professionals. While the Protto putter which Max Homa will use is not available for the general audience, similar to it, the Scotty Cameron Phantom series is available, which costs roughly around $450.
