In the golf world, former President Donald Trump holds a special place. The 45th U.S. President has various golf courses worldwide and is an avid golfer himself. His love for the sport has been pretty evident with his active involvement in LIV Golf.

The Saudi-funded league has hosted numerous events on the former POTUS’ golf courses. Donald Trump participated in the Pro-Am of the LIV Golf’s Bedminster event last year and this season as well. From one of his appearances at the event, a video has resurfaced on the internet that is garnering a lot of attention.

The NUCLR Golf shared the video of Trump on their X handle, teeing it up alongside Al-Rumayyan and Bryson DeChambeau as they applauded his shot. The former president’s shot received a round of applause from the spectators on the course, including the LIV golfers and LIV golf authorities.

The tweet asked the golf fans to describe Trump’s swing in one word or GIF in the comments. Unexpected to say the least, the swing had impressed many in the comments, as they were surprised by Trump hitting far and well at the age of 77. Though some fans were impressed, a few of them had different opinions as well!

Donald Trump garners mixed reactions from fans

Trump’s old video garnered quite a lot of attention and attracted a plethora of reactions from the golf world. Here are some of the reactions that fans had.

One fan had three powerful words to describe the shot, and well, needless to say, the words were “effective.”

Even though the shot looked a bit rusty, one golf enthusiast thought it just worked.

Not one word, but this one called it an “ugly” yet “effective” swing and compared it to that of veteran golfer Jim Furyk.

Another wrote that despite not liking Trump as much, the swing is appreciable. As at the age of 77, the swing has a speed and is good.

This guy accepted that he indeed made contact and hit the ball, however, “the swing is ugly.”

This one fan compared his swing to that of Trump and called it “Functional” and better than his.

Joining some Trump fans in the comment section, a fan thought that the one word to describe the video was “phenomenal.”

Another jumped on the praising train and said, that despite disagreeing with Trump on many things, one cannot deny his swing is good.
