The former champion was attacked by Nick Faldo and Peter Alliss after his unexpected and disappointing performance at the Masters. Other people, including Johnny Miller, stated that Woods could not perform well under pressure, while Brandel Chamblee suggested that the golfer should go back to Butch Harmon.

Woods often avoids responding to criticism, but in 2012, he decided to step up and answer his fans about all the criticism he received once and for all. He said“I always find it interesting since they’re not in my head.” They must have some kind of superpower I don’t know about.”  He added, “I think if you’re a player, we’ve all gone through this. You’re not going to play well every week.”

Tiger Woods took a short break from golf after his split with his ex-wife, Elin Nordgren, in 2010. But, he showed great progress after he was back on the field. The main setback Woods is facing in his career is his leg injury from his accident in 2021.

Woods went through multiple surgeries after suffering “comminuted open fractures” in the upper and lower parts of his right leg. There was also severe damage caused to the ankle bones of the golf professional. The surgeons inserted a rod into his leg to stabilize it. While his ankle and foot bones were put in place using pins and screws.

No one knew if Woods would survive the crash after looking at the condition of his car. L.A. County Sheriff’s deputy Carlos Gonzalez said“It’s very fortunate that Mr. Woods was able to come out of this alive.” However, the crash was nothing but an accident, which happened due to Woods’ driving alone in a 2021 Genesis GV80 SUV at a “relatively greater speed than normal.”
