LIV Golf has undergone the thickened roots of the media industry to find itself a broadcast deal. Though it seemed to be not possible after several efforts, the Saudi-funded Tour finally has a home. LIV Golf has struck a deal with the CW Network to broadcast their events from the upcoming season onwards. The CEO Greg Norman shared his joy after the announcement of the massive news.

Though the lucrative Tour had a star-studded field last year, they still hadn’t had a TV deal to broadcast their events. The inaugural season was watched by fans for free on DAZN, LIV Golf’s YouTube Channel, and its website.

However, the upcoming season won’t be accessible as easily as last year, since the only way to watch the breakaway Tour in the United States will be at CW Network. As the deal marked a huge day for the long road of the newfound Tour, let’s take a look at how Norman reacted to it.

The LIV Commissioner also added how the broadcasting company will play a major role in spreading the Tour across the United States. “The CW will provide accessibility for our fans and maximum exposure for our athletes and partners as their reach includes more than 120 million households across the United States”, he said.

The Saudi-funded Tour was first hoping to seal a deal with Fox Network. However, after the fallout with Fox, Norman and his team were eagerly searching for other networks.
