Golf can sometimes be a really frustrating game. As a result, professionals enjoy their hobbies during the off-time to calm and relax. Tiger Woods disclosed the hidden hobby that the 82-time PGA Tour winner possesses. He spoke about the same in a podcast interview with ‘No Laying Up’ back in 2018. During the revelation, he also narrated a beautiful childhood story as well.

Woods disclosed the level of enjoyment he derives from reading comic books in the interview. He made the revelation when asked about What is his unappreciated or uncredited skill?

He said, “I probably underestimated my level of enjoyment for comics. Yeah. I grew up trying to save you know my savings from you know, gambling on the golf course or paper routes or all those different things to buy comics. Back when you had hard, hard hardback comics.”

“And so that was a time in which Yeah, I’ve always fell in love with you know, Marvel and DC universes. Everyone around me knows how much I love it.”

“My mom loves it. She keeps me more up to date than I am and so that’s been fun over the years.” Tiger’s words prove his love for reading comics. Even at this stage in his life, he loves reading comic books.

Tiger Woods’ 82nd PGA Tour title

Tiger Woods won the 2019 ZOZO Championship to clinch his 82nd PGA Tour title. As a result, Woods equaled the record for most PGA Tour wins with Sam Snead. He ended the event with an overall score of 19-under-par and won with a comfortable three-shot cushion. Woods carded a final round of three-under-par, 67 on route to a famous victory in Japan.

His final round of 67 included, three birdies and one bogey on the front nine, in turn moving out in two-under-par, 32. He made two birdies and one bogey on the back nine to register his 82nd win on the PGA Tour. He defeated the local boy Hideki Matsuyama, who finished in the second position with an overall score of 16-under-par.
