Tiger Woods Chokes Down While Revealing a ‘Hard To Describe’ Feeling of Caddying for Charlie Woods

It is not a secret that Charlie Woods wants to become a professional golfer like his father. As any other 13-year-old amateur golfer, he has already started to make his way to earn a PGA Tour ticket by taking part in junior-level competitions. However, the factor that differentiates him from other juniors is they don’t have the G. O. A. T, Tiger Woods, as their caddie. Woods is proud of his son and lately shared his thoughts on Charlie’s achievements.
Recently, the young Woods participated in the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship. Unsurprisingly, the 15-time major champion was there to carry his bag.

The injuries from the 2021 car crash still haunt Tiger Woods. He still cannot walk all 72 holes and play golf. Therefore, he even withdrew from the Hero World Challenge, an event he hosts, held last weekend. However, it couldn’t stop him from becoming the caddie for Charlie Woods.
“Well, it’s hard to describe,” Woods revealed how he felt while caddying for his son. “Because it is so amazing to be able to be with Charlie out there and fight through it together,” he added.

Moreover, the golfer explained why he thought “it (the experience of caddying for his son) was incredible.” “Just that fact that he earned the way into the event by shooting his lowest round he ever shot,” he told the Golf Channel in an exclusive interview he and Charlie Axel gave recently.
“He earned his way in here.”
The viewers can see that it is not the G. O. A. T. of golf sitting there, but a proud father of an aspiring young golfer who made his way to an event with his talent.

The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship was held from November 7 to 11, and the young Woods participated in the 12-13 age group event. After shooting 72, 69, and 71 from 54-holes, he finished 11th on the leaderboard with an overall 1-under par score.
Although he couldn’t secure a place in the top 10, the 82-time PGA Tour champion looked proud of his son’s achievement because Charlie Axel didn’t earn the spot in the event because of his father. He got in there with his talent and not because his father is the MVP of golf.
