Elin Nordegren was taking therapy to overcome the traumatic incident. Meanwhile, this incident happened in late 2009, and the Swedish model said she was still attending therapy sessions in 2014 to keep working on herself.

“In the beginning, you tamp down the animosity for the kids’ sake,” said Elin. “I’m not going to deny that I went through the wringer. But I don’t think I doubted we’d end up here.“

Even a few years after the entire episode, it was tough for both Tiger and Elin. Woods faced one of the most strenuous few years of his life, both on and off the course. His performance as a golfer declined, while Nordegren also suffered emotionally.

Although, Tiger Woods and Elin split in 2009, but they share a great bond. “I have moved on, and I am in a good place.
