According to TigerWoods.com, the golf star started showing interest in the sport when he was just six months old. It was when he watched his father Earl Woods hitting golf balls into a net. Little Woods even tried to imitate his father’s actions at such a young age.

But when he appeared on TV for the first time, it was a treat for the fans to watch. Tiger Woods made his first-ever appearance on TV on The Mike Douglas Show when he was only 2 years old. As the host announced his name along with his father, fans couldn’t help but show endearment towards the little boy.

Moreover, when asked about his age by the host, shy Tiger Woods looked for his father to come to his rescue. “Daddy,” he said in a low voice. And that’s when Earl Woods stated that his son, who now happens to be the greatest golfer of all time, was just 2 years old.
