The two players continued to battle it out, and once again tied after round two, finishing with scores of 71 (-1). The winner was ultimately determined in a sudden-death playoff hole. Moreover, both contenders hit impressive drives down the fairway and reached the green in just two shots.

However, the match’s outcome hinged on their putting skills, and Tien Do emerge victorious, clinching the championship title with a 35ft putt.

The golf legend would be very proud of his son’s exceptional performance on the greens. Although Charlie sadly couldn’t win the title, he did put up a great fight.
