People use social media to connect with their loved ones and as a medium of entertainment. However, it is not a secret that many try to use it to spread hate. And a close family member of Tiger Woods had to face a similar situation.

Cheyenne Woods shared on social media how someone trolled her husband, Aaron Hicks, who was holding their newborn son. 

According to the post, the person trolled Woods’ husband and center fielder for the New York Yankees of MLB, Hicks. Although the sports entities always have to face such situations, what made Woods mad was that the troller used Hick’s photo with his newborn. 

Notably, Cheyenne Woods is also a sports entity. She is a professional golfer. The two-time High School State Champion in Arizona turned professional in 2014 and joined the Tour in 2015. She won her first and only championship at the 2014 Volvik RACV Ladies Masters.

Woods and Hicks got married this year in February, and they welcomed their firstborn on April 26th. The golfer has always tried to share all her happiness through social media.

Are Tiger Woods and Cheyenne Woods close? 

Cheyenne Woods was born on July 25th to Susan and Earl Dennison Woods jr. in 1990. As the name suggests, Earl Dennison Woods jr. is Earl Woods’ son, making Tiger Woods his half-brother. 

Although he is only her half-uncle, Cheyenne and the PGA Tour legend are close. In an interview with Golfing Indian, she had explained that she and the 15-time major winner play together whenever possible. 

Interestingly, Cheyenne Woods had once made her uncle surprised during a press conference in 2013.

“The U.S. Open is usually one of the most grueling weeks of golf,” she had asked Woods. “So what would you do off the course in order to be at ease and relax?”

Notably, the LPGA golfer then worked as a writer for a golf website. 

“I don’t think he knew I was going to be at the press conference today,” she said after the press meet. “I think I was the last person he was expecting.”

Indeed, the golf legend had taken aback as he let out a chuckle followed by a “didn’t expect that” before answering her question. 

As a niece of a famous golfer, Cheyenne Woods is not new to trollers. Yet, she couldn’t stop herself from calling out the person who trolled her husband, using a picture of him and their child. What do you think of the situation?
