Cheyenne, who is also Tiger Woods’ half-niece posted about the same on Instagram, letting fans in on their happiness.

The couple has been together for some time, and often share important milestones with their supporters. This time too, fans were delighted.

Cheyenne Woods and Aaron Hicks share exciting news on social media

Woods’ Instagram post was well-received, as congratulations and well wishes started pouring in immediately. The golfer wrote that it was a surprise while adding that 2022 was surely going to be a great year. The photo was of Woods and the Yankees star embracing with the baby bump clearly visible.

Balloons and blocks with the word ‘baby’ spelled adorned the backdrop pairing well with the festive and welcoming vibe. Furthermore, everything from Woods’ gown to the blocks was blue in color, which might indicate that the two athletes are having a baby boy.

Who congratulated the mom-to-be?

Fans and other celebrities all commented on the post. Most of them were simple congratulatory messages, while some added that they were excited to meet the baby. Everyone felt right to let them know they were happy for the couple and were indeed looking forward to a happy 2022.

LPGA stars Jessica Korda and Danielle Kang were among those who congratulated Woods. Kang and Woods also seemed to have a whole conversation in the comments, the former clearly happy for her fellow golfer.

That being said, the couple met in 2020 when Hicks appeared on Woods’ podcast Birdies Not BS. They started dating the same year, and have been together since then. Woods has even caddied for Hicks at the 2021 Diamond Resorts Tournament of Champions’ celebrity section.

Like her uncle, Woods and golf go hand in hand. She is the daughter of Susan Woods and Earl Dennison Woods Jr, who is Woods’ half-brother. Clearly, golf and Cheyenne were meant to me. She won the 2014 Volvik RACV Ladies Masters (Ladies European Tour) and has been playing on the LPGA Tour along with the Symetra Tour last year.
