Being the greatest golfer of all time, Tiger Woods enjoys a massive fan following behind him. A fan following, of which a large section constitutes female fans. While Woods clearly impresses these females with his performance in the game, he has always remained on the back foot when talking about interacting with them. One such incident took place when Woods went clubbing with Derek Jeter and Michael Jordan.

Tiger Woods encounters an awkward situation with Jeter and Jordan

Being the biggest name in your sport, it goes without saying that one becomes friends with other great athletes. Similar was the case with golfing legend, Tiger Woods, Basketball legend, Michael Jordan, and Baseball star, Derek Jeter. Being the G.O.AT.s in their sports, the three cherished a strong bond between them.

Going back in time, the three once went clubbing in New York City. Ever since their playing days, Jordan and Jeter have been known for their extroverted nature. Keeping it intact, the two entered the club with Woods and soon went about interacting with women in the club. However, unlike his friends, Jordan and Jeter, Woods had an introverted personality. And because of it he just observed his friends making conversation with the ladies from afar.

Woods showed utmost patience in observing his friends talking to women with complete ease. However, failing to have any further patience, he walked up to Jordan and Jeter, asking a question. A question. which probably resides in every young boy’s heart.

“What do you do to talk to girls?” Woods asked the two.

Ever since his debut, Tigers Woods has been one of the biggest names in the sporting world. Considering the aura of Woods, it is needless to say that getting a question like that from Woods was clearly a shocker for Jordan and Jeter. Surprised by the question, the the two looked at each other, and then back to Woods.

“Go tell ’em you’re Tiger Woods,” the two replied to Woods.

This is just a one example of their friendship. Over the years, the three have indulged in various such hilarious incidents. In 2007, Woods also helped basketball legend, Michael Jordan, polish his golf skills, playing the Pro-am at the Wachovia Championship. On the contrary, Woods is yet to try his hands on basketball. Elaborating on Wood’s absence from basketball, Jordan once said, “He’s scared. I’ll knock his brains out.”
