And adding up to these efforts, Woods recently announced a new TGR Jr Invitational beginning in October.

Woods to host the upcoming TGR Jr Invitational

Woods has been doing all he can to promote golf to the next level. If anyone is responsible for the majority of sports fans enjoying golf, it is Tiger Woods. And so, taking it ahead, Woods has taken the responsibility to host one of the biggest events to be held shortly.

It is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for junior golfers to play at an event hosted by legend Tiger Woods. The inaugural event named TGR Jr. Invitational is presented by TaylorMade. The event will go on from October 8-10 at the most prestigious golf courses, The Hay and The Links at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach, California.

The tournament will feature 60 boy and girl junior players over two days. And the qualifying rounds will be played on The Hay, which is a short course designed by TGR Design. The final rounds will be played at The Links at Spanish Bay. Announcing the same, Woods said, “I am excited to welcome a diverse field of young golfers to the TGR JR Invitational presented by TaylorMade…Pebble Beach is a perfect venue to showcase a fun and competitive atmosphere”

The upcoming Tiger Woods Invitational

Right after the TGR Jr Invitational, Woods is going to host another event for golfers. The Tiger Woods Invitational will take place at Pebble Beach, and will go on between October 10-12, 2022. This tournament is presented by USLI. Like all TGR events, the Tiger Woods Invitational will utilize all proceeds to support the TGR Foundation. The foundation has been working towards the betterment of the underserved kids to provide them with the best education. The main goal is to help the students achieve success in their respective fields with the correct guidance and support.
