LPGA star Jenny Shin’s quick and witty responses to the questions directed at her on LPGA’s Instagram account’s stories won fans’ hearts. This was clear by the overwhelming number of questions that were thrown in the direction of the South Korean sensation.

One of these questions specifically caught everyone’s attention. Jenny Shin responded cryptically to a fan’s query about who made the biggest impact on her golfing career. To everyone’s surprise, Shin’s response left her fans in an array of confusion.

The South Korean golfing sensation replied, “My dad. A ton of negativity and abuse😂😂 (I love him very much).” Her response left fans confused as she hinted at how her father has been someone who has made the biggest impact on her career. Even though she jokes about how there’s been a ton of negativity and abuse, it does not stop her from expressing her love for her father.

Some relationships truly stand the test of time, success, and whatever falls in between. Shin proved this as she talked about how her parents are actually amazing people in one of the following stories. She wrote, “My parents are amazing. They’ve sacrificed everything to be where I am but I wasn’t taught how to be a winner.”

This demonstrates the professional golfer’s loving relationship with both her parents and somewhat clears out the confusion surrounding her relationship with her father in the previous story. This somewhat throws light on how Shin has a good sense of humor as she was indeed joking in her previous story. She has had her share of troubles though.

Shin conquers her mental health struggles

Earlier this year, Shin made a spot for herself at the highly competitive US Women’s Open. Ever since she has overcome a career rut and has risen to establish her name further in the game of golf. However, it was not at all easy for Shin. It took a lot of determination and strength for her to overcome her struggles and rise higher.
